ABOUT WORKHERO

We've been in the trenches.
That's why we know how to get you out.

HOW WE GOT HERE

WorkHero wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built out of frustration.

Our founder, Trisha DuVivier, spent years showing up to workplaces that felt like war zones — environments where dysfunction was normalized, HR wasn't positioned to help, and nobody was coming to save you. She knew it didn't have to be that way.

In 2019, Trisha and co-founder Jasmine Pablo decided to stop waiting for someone else to fix it. They combined their expertise — clinical psychology, threat assessment, and human resource management — and built WorkHero from the ground up.

When January Swiderski joined the founding team, she brought something the practice needed: deep franchise industry experience and a sharp understanding of how franchise systems actually operate. WorkHero became what it is today — a powerhouse trio with the credentials, the lived experience, and the conviction to do this work differently.

Three founders. Every angle covered.

THE TEAM

Trisha DuVivier

FOUNDER & CEO

Trisha holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She spent over six years as a licensed therapist in private practice, providing treatment to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and work-related crises.

Before founding WorkHero, Trisha served in the federal government as an Information Analyst and Threat Assessor for the U.S. Department of Justice — where she developed the expertise that drives WorkHero's professional health and wellness and workplace violence practices today.

Jasmine Pablo

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF PEOPLE AND OPERATIONS OFFICER

Jasmine holds a B.A. in Theatre and an M.S. in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Southern California. She brings over 15 years of experience in customer service and more than 10 years of specialized work in organizational improvement.

Jasmine is the architect behind WorkHero Works℠ — our organizational redesign program built on a single truth: the only constant in business is accelerating change. In order to be effective, the capability to adapt to change must be designed into your organization. Her ability to see organizational dynamics clearly and redesign them without disrupting the people inside them is what will get your company to where you want it to be.

January Swiderski

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF BRAND OFFICER

January attended the University of Southern California's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. For the past ten years, she has worked in the private sector focused on the operations and development of franchised organizations — working directly with franchisors and franchisees across internationally recognized brands including Nothing Bundt Cakes and Pizza Hut.

January is the franchise industry intelligence behind Franulate℠. Her career has been spent inside the world WorkHero now serves — which means she doesn't just understand franchisors and franchisees intellectually. She understands them from the inside.

This isn't consulting for consulting's sake.

WHY IT MATTERS

Between the three of us, we've been employees, managers, therapists, analysts, operators, and advocates. We've sat on every side of the table. We know what dysfunction looks like from the top, from the middle, and from the bottom — and we know how to fix it at every level.

We started WorkHero because work doesn't have to be this hard. And we built it to prove it.

In the trenches?
Not for long.

We do the hard work most consultants won't — and leave you with the tools to make sure you never end up back here again.
